IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phmanalo. By registering an account, logging in, or using any service provided by phmanalo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms set out in this document. While phmanalo endeavours to maintain high uptime and service availability, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance where reasonably practicable.
Nothing in these Terms limits phmanalo's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by phmanalo's gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
phmanalo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering an Account on the phmanalo Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the phmanalo Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
phmanalo implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions, secure storage protocols for personal and financial data, and access controls limiting data handling to authorised personnel only.
phmanalo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, and to withhold any associated balance pending investigation, if phmanalo has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your Account is being used in connection with illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering; (c) you have provided false registration information; (d) you are under the age of 21; or (e) retention of the Account poses a risk to phmanalo, other players, or third parties.
Where an Account is closed at your request, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC requirements and confirmation that no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain. In cases of closure due to Terms violations, phmanalo may retain all or part of the Account balance in accordance with applicable law and regulatory guidelines.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter. You and phmanalo agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for such purposes.
phmanalo reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address registered on your Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the phmanalo Platform, not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change — except where an immediate change is required by applicable law, regulatory directive, or to address an urgent security concern.
Your continued access to or use of the phmanalo Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.
